Cancellation And Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A. Sandblaze Digitals Pvt Ltd cannot issue you a refund for the services that we already provided to the customer. This includes logo designs, social media set up, website designs and development, social media creative’s, graphics work, and content writing.

B. Sandblaze Digitals Pvt Ltd does not have control over third party social media companies and their practices, but not limited to, Twitter, Face book, Instagram, etc.

C. If you have availed our services, but you did not make use of them, still you are entitled to pay.

D. If you choose to terminate our services within 4 days of making the payment then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance amount will be credited to the account within 30 days of cancellation period. Customers will be charged for any work done during this 30 cancellation period.

E. Cancellation of any of our services should be done 5 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.

F. If cancellations is done after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours that are put into the project during that month will be billable, which the customer will be entitled to pay.

G. Clients who receive a new website design, as part of our ongoing package, are not eligible to cancel their plan within 10 days. If the client cancels before the 10 day requirement, then they would be charged as per the working hours that are put into the project

H. If we receive any payment dispute, then your project will be suspended without notice.

I. Sandblaze Digitals Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
